PTE requirements to study in Canada:

  • Diploma programs: students need to score 54+ to 58+  to study diploma programs in Canada
  • Postgraduate Programs: students need to score 58+ to study postgraduate programs in Canada

About PTE:

  • PTE is also known as PEARSON TEST OF ENGLISH.
  • Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE) is an educational English test for studying in the UK, Australia, and USA and in other countries. The test is acknowledged by UK Border Agency (UKBA) and Australian DIAC for student visas.
  • It is a computer based exam.
  • It is for the non-native English speaker willing to study abroad.
  • This exam is rapidly adopted in UK, Australia, USA, and Canada.
  • It is a 3 Hour exam comprising of four modules namely writing, speaking, listening and reading.
  • It is approved by the Australian government and accepted by UK, USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Ireland including Haward, Yale and INSEAD.
